With VIFT Connect, you have more control over the fulfillment process. Depending on your business needs, you can choose to:
- Ship orders from your own inventory
- Drop-ship orders
- Have Market America fulfill orders for you
The ability to choose your fulfillment method gives you flexibility to manage customer orders in the way that works best for your business.
2. Add a Personal Touch to Your Orders
When you fulfill orders yourself, you can create a more personalized customer experience by including items such as:

VIFT Connect is available for $59 per year. This provides UnFranchise Owners with access to the fulfillment solution and the flexibility to choose how customer orders are handled.
6. Your Commissions and Cashback Are Tracked Separately
The transition to VIFT Connect does not affect your commissions or Cashback. Your commissions and Cashback are tracked independently of VIFT Connect, so moving to the new fulfillment solution does not change how those amounts are tracked.
7. Former iTransact/Payroc Subscribers Receive a Transition Benefit
Were you previously subscribed to iTransact/Payroc? As part of the transition, former iTransact/Payroc subscribers can receive full VIFT Connect access at no additional cost for the remainder of their current iTransact/Payroc term. Your existing renewal date remains the same. Once that renewal date arrives, your VIFT Connect subscription will continue at the regular $59/year price.
8. Enrollment Is Required
One important detail: VIFT Connect enrollment is not automatic. To activate your VIFT Connect subscription and receive applicable promotional pricing, you must complete the sign-up process.
