Your Shipping Options — Now Enhanced

When placing an order that includes back-ordered items, you’ll still have two options at checkout:

Option 1: Split Shipment

• Available items ship right away
• Back-ordered items ship as soon as they’re restocked
• Each shipment may incur a separate shipping fee (unless eligible for free shipping)

Option 2: Consolidated Shipment (Enhanced)

• Ship your entire order together for a single shipping fee
• Delivery timing is based on the latest estimated restock date

New Enhancement:
We now commit to shipping all available items by the consolidated date. If any items are still delayed beyond that timeframe, they will ship separately — at no additional shipping cost.

This means no more extended delays due to shifting restock dates — just faster access to available products and a smoother experience overall.

• BV is placed at the time of order for UnFranchise Owners; for customer orders, BV is applied when the customer is billed
