We understand how important it is for you and your customers to receive orders quickly and predictably. With recent fluctuations in product availability, these enhancements are focused on giving you more control and a better overall experience.
Your Shipping Options — Now Enhanced
When placing an order that includes back-ordered items, you’ll still have two options at checkout:
Option 1: Split Shipment
- Available items ship right away
- Back-ordered items ship as soon as they’re restocked
- Each shipment may incur a separate shipping fee (unless eligible for free shipping)
Option 2: Consolidated Shipment (Enhanced)
- Ship your entire order together for a single shipping fee
- Delivery timing is based on the latest estimated restock date
New Enhancement:
We now commit to shipping all available items by the consolidated date. If any items are still delayed beyond that timeframe, they will ship separately —
at no additional shipping cost.
This means no more extended delays due to shifting restock dates — just faster access to available products and a smoother experience overall.

- BV is placed at the time of order for UnFranchise Owners; for customer orders, BV is applied when the customer is billed
