At long last, Loren Ridinger and her daughter and blossoming entrepreneur Amber Ridinger unveiled the revolutionary skin care system Lumière de Vie. Amber shared her struggles with juggling inconsistent products that only provided temporary benefits. With the help of Marty Weissman, Amber formulated a 5-step high end skin care system that is not only effective, but affordable. Dr. Perry Kritchmar
Dr. Kritchmar introduced the newest addition to Health and Wellness family: Isotonix Magnesium! Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body, involved in more than 300 functions in the bod. According to the National Academy of Sciences, adults should be getting 400 mg of magnesium a day from their diets to receive the benefits of this mineral, though most do not. Motives New Products & Fashion Show
When Kim Yow and Maria Checa took the stage, she brought with her more fabulous colors and products added to the Motives line, just in time for 2013 spring/summer runway trends! New additions include an updated sales aid, a paper color wheel, new colors added to Motives for Lala Dual Foundation, new Motives for LaLa Liquid Foundation, the Beauty Weapon, Brow Perfecting Gel, Bronzing Lotion, nail lacquers, and a Pro-color Kit. To put the new products on display, top performing trainers dolled up models in carefully crafted looks reflecting 2013 tends to strut the stage for gorgeous runway fashion show!
Motives for Lala Pop-Up
For the first time ever, we met the man behind the scenes of Lala Anthony’s business machine, Christian Vasquez, Lala Anthony’s brother. Christian, Lala, and Loren deconstructed the most lucrative concept for Motives consultant: the Pop-Up Shop. Lala signed a salon up as a distributor and converted it into a Motives store, allowing people to use the makeup. Christian used social media to broadcast events held at the Pop Up Shop including a launch party, a make- up party, and a wrap up party over the course of a week. The minor investment turned into a major success, and a concept any distributor can use for their business. Be sure to stop by the Motives booth to try Lala’s products and stay tuned via social media for a contest to have Lala at your own Pop Up!
Recruiting Techniques
Jim Winkler welcomed four field leaders onto the stage to give their testimonies on how they’ve reached the success recruiting a team and growing their business. Here’s some notable quotes to take away from their experience:
